Why we do pre-order
With our sustainable efforts of reducing waste and having ethical practices, our pre-order model reduces our waste signficnatly with making products only for you.
Creating intimates that you should feel good about inside and out.
What is a pre-order item?
Pre-order styles are items that are not in stock yet but are available for purchase. We will make the item just for you, in the size and color you order. You will make payment at the time of the order just as you would with a non-pre order purchase and your order will ship to you as soon as the item is at our warehouse!
How does pre-order work?
You place an order for a pre-order style.
At the end of the pre-order period, we tell our factory how many pieces to make based on our customer orders.
Our factory team will make your order.
The final product will be shipped to our US warehouse for its last quality control check.
We will ship your pre-order item to you and you will receive a shipping notification via email.
When do I make the payment?
Payment for a pre-order item is taken at the time the order is placed. If you order other styles that are not pre-order items, these will be processed and shipped from our warehouse immediately and your pre-order items will be shipped once they are available.
Can I cancel or ammend my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot change or cancel the order. When your pre-order is confirmed, we will begin working on making the style. Be sure to double-check the size and color before placing your order. Check your shipping address and confirm that this will be a convenient address on the shipping date for your preorder item. Your order is subject to our normal return policy once received. You can see our full return policy HERE.

Why did I receive a cancellation notification?
In the unlikely event that an external factor prevents our production from taking place on a pre-order item, you will be immediately refunded.

All bras with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving your order (this excludes final sale items). Pre-order panties cannot be returned. If you place an order for a product that has a shipping delay, we will not factor this time into the 14 day return period - the clock will start on the day you receive your order.
